ManCave at Midnight- Book 2: Psalms, Chapter 2

Welcome back to "ManCave at Midnight," brought to you by the creators of the world-famous* "Live from the ManCave!!!" podcast! Seriously, for such a small town, there sure are a lot of secrets. Sounds like just the place for people who like this podcast!

In the second chapter of episode 2, the guys continue to tear into Book 2: Psalms. Throughout their conversation, CraigMakk shows off his insufferable 'I listen to lyrics and say semi-insightful things' schtick once again; Serious Jest takes another opportunity to make everyone uncomfortable by sharing what makes a 'Serious Jest-kind of lady;' and very special (now pretty much a regular) guest Mork is once again way too smart for these guys by actually sharing educated thoughts on the directorial magic of this show (why he wastes his time with these guys, no one will ever know). And they obviously continue to imbibe outstanding alcoholic beverages. So, strap in, grab yourself a beer, and welcome back to "ManCave at Midnight!" And be glad you're not going to hell like these two.

ManCave at Midnight- Book 2: Psalms, Chapter 1

Welcome back to "ManCave at Midnight," brought to you by the creators of the world-famous* "Live from the ManCave!!!" podcast! It's about to kick off, but somebody needs their rat poison first...

In the first chapter of episode 2, the guys continue down the rabbit hole of Book 2: Psalms. Throughout the conversation, CraigMakk shows his true feelings about middle-aged Beatles fans; Serious Jest reveals that he compares every character to Casey Anthony; and very special (returning) guest Mork shows off his absolute disdain for everyone's handkerchief etiquette. So, strap in, grab yourself a beer, and welcome back to "ManCave at Midnight!" Because when was the last time someone asked you how your day was?

ManCave at Midnight- Book 1: Genesis, Chapter 1

Welcome to "ManCave at Midnight," brought to you by the creators of the world-famous* "Live from the ManCave!!!" podcast! Want to hear the guys dive down deep into the critically acclaimed Netflix show, "Midnight Mass"? Dear God, I hope so, otherwise you came to the wrong corner of the Internet...

In the First Chapter of episode one, the guys are ruthlessly dissecting the first half of Book One: Genesis. They discuss all the important story beats, such as the upside to having your elderly Mom walk in on you while you're trying to help get your old friend pregnant; what songs are best to enjoy while witnessing the aftermath of a deadly car accident; and debate whether or not there always needs to be one overly pushy religious lady that everyone hates living in any small town, at least according to Hollywood; all while enjoying some incredibly solid alcoholic beverages. Plus, they're joined by special guest Mork1911 of "The Karen Hunter Show" fame, as he tries to hold this entire thing together through sheer will and class. So, strap in, grab yourself a beer, and welcome to "ManCave at Midnight!" It's not the hell you expect, but it's the hell you deserve.

Episode 31 Part Five: The WeedHead Comes to Town!!!

Welcome back to "Live from the ManCave!!!" The guys continue their dive into weed culture by bringing an actual expert on...and quickly realize they're out of their depth. So they bring back the video game talk to sound smart again!

In this episode, the guys bring a very special guest onto the show to educate them on all things weed: Dasheeda Dawson of "The WeedHead"! Listen as Dasheeda shares all about how she started "The WeedHead," where her expertise in cannabis came from, and how weed is a magical substance handed down directly from the gods themselves. CraigMakk will celebrate that someone finally agrees with him about modern Eddie Murphy; Serious Jest delves deep into his (admittedly shallow) understanding of Crypto; and Dasheeda lets you know her innermost thoughts about Ryan Reynolds (SPOILER ALERT: they're NSFW). Throughout it all, you'll learn why some people think Robert Pattison is good at being rich & white; learn what exactly a "wunt" is; and listen to the guys nerd out about their favorite video games, books (yes, they read), and whether they want to ever leave the house again. So strap in, grab yourself a beer (or some quality weed), and welcome back to "Live from the ManCave!!!"

Episode 31 Part Two: The Robot Orgy

Welcome back to "Live from the ManCave!!!" Wait, we're only on the third topic? And they have HOW MANY left to go?? Oh crap, I think we're going to be doing this for a long, long time...

In this episode, the guys continue their wild banter over 'fun stuff' from last year, so maybe you'll learn something. But probably not. You'll hear all about how Jest's favorite book is the Netflix series; CraigMakk explains why Jackie Robinson's best performance was in Tenet; you'll learn about Jest's secret body count; become a beta tester for Sadomasochism: The Game; all while listening to the guys get ever drunker still. And don't think this is ending anytime soon...you know better than to think such foolishness. So strap in, grab yourself a beer, and welcome back to "Live from the ManCave!!!"

Episode 31 Part One: Un Poco Loco

Welcome back to "Live from the ManCave!!!" It's been a little while, so you're probably a little rusty with the rules. Just take a seat and you'll be taken care of in the order in which you arrived.

They guys haven't done a proper LftMC episode in a bit, so they had a whole lot to talk about. I hope you took a bathroom break before you got here. In this episode, you'll hear a seemingly non-ironic discussion about why they're more refined with their drinking these days; learn how Pixar movies and Borat can be brought up in the same sentence, (again, without irony); dig deep into their love of songs that glorify the special insanity brought on by the global pandemic; and much more. All while listening to the guys discuss some pretty legitimate beer options to get yourself drunk. And this is just Part One. So strap in, grab yourself a beer, and welcome back to "Live from the ManCave!!!"

Episode 30 Part Six: Who is the Mysterious Snorter?!

Welcome back to Part 30 of "Live from the ManCave!!!" The guys invite a couple of special guests in the ManCave for their brand new bit, "Old to the New," and one superhero hides in the shows. You may never see him, but you sure will hear him! Get ready for part one of "Old to the New," a new ManCave bit where the guys discuss their favorites from 2019 and most anticipated of 2020 for each of the following categories: TV shows, video games, mobile apps, and comic universe character.

In this episode, CraigMakk will introduce you to his favorite video game ever, "CraigMakk: The Game"; Serious Jest explains why he looks up to CraigMakk as his anti-racism educating Big Brother; Special Guest GabeGonzo proves he's the ultimate eternal beta tester; Special Guest Luimbe puts everyone to shame with his ability to break down complex social issues and topics through multiple media fronts...on someone else's podcast; Wacker and Proudstar make a surprise visit to the FanCave and show off their best impersonations of Triumph the Insult Comic Dog; plus, uncover why Jest hates bad cartography in his games; educate yourself on how to hide your political views and conversations from "The Man"; cringe in horror as "physical excitement" for Margot Robbie is finally dethroned by the Black Widow herself; listen to some quality poetry; celebrate some all-new ManCave First Evers; all while learning about some outstanding beers that will surely get you drunk while you try (and fail) to adequately home-school your children and forget what day of the week it is during the COVID Quarantine. So strap in, grab yourself a beer, and welcome back to "Live from the ManCave!!!: Social Distancing Episode!"

Cave of Thrones S8Ep6Pt3: A Westerosi Town Council Meeting

Welcome back to "Cave of Thrones!!!" You're in the Endgame now, kids. Well, almost. More like an hour plus long show only to advance the episode another six minutes. Whatever, the guys talk a lot. Like that's news to you.

In this episode, CraigMakk completely loses control over the beer in the ManCave; Serious Jest accidentally shares his deep love for queen-style necrophilia; and special guest (former) Intern Wacker is absolutely certain that Drogan ate his Mom as soon as he left the castle. Plus, get ready to learn whether or not dragons truly understand symbolism; figure out how much B&W needed "dat Star Wars money;" gain a deeper understanding of how to tell epic storytelling time jumps via scraggly beards; debate how easy it is for anyone to get into a Westerosi Town Council Meeting these days; and much, much more. At least there are all these killer beers to ease you into the oblivion of your post-Thrones life. Well, almost all of them are killer. Damn you, Wacker. So strap in, grab yourself a beer, and welcome back to "Cave of Thrones!!!"

Episode Twenty-Five Part Two - Two Floaters Hang in a Bar

Welcome back to "Live from the ManCave!!!" The guys are ready to move on to part two of their relaunch format, but one of them really needs a cup of coffee first. Don't worry, I'll let you guess who.

In part two, the guys bring back a famous bit from the old days, and run through a bunch of fall and winter movies and TV shows they are anticipating. You'll find out pretty quickly if they think it's a floater or they'll drink to it, but apparently one of them wants to drink to everything...literally. Anyway, get ready for a quick little bit-sized segment, but make sure you grab a beer, strap in, and get ready for "Live from the ManCave!!!"

Night After The Night Of - Season One, Ep Seven (Part Two)

Welcome back to "Night After the Night Of!!!" See, they told they'd be back for part two, didn't they? Time to see what's inside the Box.

In this episode, CraigMakk continues to demonstrate his extraordinary level of comprehension regarding Law for Dummies; Serious Jest feigns ignorance and drunkenness in order to stave off an Epic Rap Battle; and the guys both dig deep into the psyche of Detective Box while switching up the beer of the show. Except Jest goes off the reservation with his "(Blank) of the Show suggestions. Trust me, it definitely gets a little weird. So grab a beer, strap in, and welcome back to "Night After The Night Of!!!"

(Official) Beer of the Show: Iron Hill Bedotter Belgian-Style Tripel, the actual world's best tripel (and they have the gold medal to prove it).

Night After The Night Of - Season One, Ep Seven (Part One)

Welcome back to "Night After The Night Of!!!" At this point, the guys will pretty much talk about anything if it gives them a chance to drink a few beers via the Internet, so feel free to join them.

In this "The Night Of" recap of Episode Seven, CraigMakk explains why he agrees with Tom Hanks that there's no kissing in jail cells; Serious Jest describes in excruciating and disturbing detail how he listens to his own podcast; and the guys spend an inordinate amount of time name-dropping who "likes" their tweets. Plus they somehow find time to actually discuss the episode while drinking some kick-ass beers. So grab yourself a beer, strap in, and welcome back to "Night After The Night Of!!!"

 Beer(s) of the Show:

Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA, a strong yet enjoyable drink to spend time with (or pretty much the opposite of your co-hosts).

Ballast Point Pineapple Sculpin IPA, a fruity alternative take on a successful and well-known beer (or pretty much exactly like your co-hosts).

Last but not least, here is CraigMakk's baller birthday Joker pint glass. Enjoy!

Night After The Night Of - Season One, Ep Six (Part Two)

Welcome back to "Night After The Night Of!!!" Get ready for more talk about murder and mayhem, people, because the inaugural episode continues.

In this episode, CraigMakk introduces you to the concept of "The Little Sister Experience" (which isn't what you think, so stop); Serious Jest pontificates on the whether this show is all part of "The Usual Suspects" cinematic universe; and both guys focus on the hotness that is Amara Karan while continuing to enjoy their quality beers of the show. If you're not watching "The Night Of," you're seriously missing out on one hot lawyer. So strap in, grab a beer, and welcome back to "Night After The Night Of!!!"

Night After The Night Of - Season One, Episode Six (Part One)

Welcome back to "Live from the ManCave!!!" and another brand new special edition episode! You loved the inaugural "The Night Of" recap so much, it's now another semi-weekly podcast. Also another reason to drink on a weeknight, but who's counting?

In this very special "Night After The Night Of", Serious Jest reminds you that, YES, he is a lawyer and YES, he has tried actual cases before, in case you forgot somehow; CraigMakk reminds you that NO, he's never been convicted of any violent crime, and YES, he thinks tattooing your knuckles with the words "Sin" and "Bad" while on trial for murder might be a really stupid idea. All the while, the guys break down episodes four through six of the newest HBO phenomenon, mostly while trying to kill time until "Game of Thrones" returns...hence, all the beer. Also, CraigMakk gives you a spoiler-free review of the newest in DC's slate of superhero movies, "Suicide Squad!" So strap in, grab a beer of your own, and welcome to "The Night After The Night Of!!!"

Beer(s) of the Show:

Jest returns to an old favorite, Ommegang Brewery's "Iron Throne Blonde Ale"...they really like Game of Thrones.

CraigMakk dives back into Allagash Confluence Ale because...well, wordplay.

And here is CraigMakk's incredible birthday Ommegang Goblet in all its glory:

Cave of Thrones Season 6 Finale - ALL MEN MUST DIE! (Part 3)

Welcome back to "Cave of Thrones!!!" The epic finale of the Season Six Finale has finally come to it's epic finale...finally.

In this episode, CraigMakk explains why time travel would probably just lead to his murder-suicide by stoning if an iPhone is involved; Serious Jest explains why he's not really all that into incest; and the guys make the wackest examples of House Motto's you've ever heard thanks to the shitty Internet. Oh, and they also have some of their biggest Thrones-related disagreements yet all while enjoying some high-quality craft beers at 3am. This one you just GOTTA listen to. So grab a beer, strap in, and welcome back to "Cave of Thrones" for the last time until next season!
